Reasonable overtime will be offered which can be taken as a 25% salary loading equating to $13,468 p.a. by agreement.Time Fraction: Full time, 1.0 EFT.Location: Eildon campus.WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an employee Working with Children Check.Position Status: An initial contract will be offered for 12 months.Join the Holmesglen at Eildon team as a Reservation Coordinator, where you''ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing bookings, staff, and administrative tasks for our homestead and function centre. We''re looking for a hospitality expert to enhance our dedicated team.This full-time role offers a flexible seven-day schedule to align with business needs. If you''re a Murrindindi local or thinking about relocating, this is your chance to join the Holmesglen at Eildon family and make a meaningful contribution!ABOUT YOUEstablished administrative and organisational skills including the ability to organise tasks to ensure that service priorities are met.Customer service skills and telephone skills, including sales skills for trade and consumer events, providing courteous, informative, and accurate responses to all inquiries.Ability to coordinate workflow, prioritise work tasks effectively, and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Experience in food and beverage service, including current RSA certification, food handling, and barista skills.Ability to learn quickly and operate successfully in a complex and changing environment.Self-motivation with the ability to work cooperatively within a team environment or work autonomously without supervision.Competence in the use of MS Office products, internet-based software applications, and database management software.ABOUT USHolmesglen at Eildon is a purpose-built Conference facility and a campus of Holmesglen Institute - Victorias largest and most successful provider of Vocational & Higher Education.The Eildon facility accommodates conference groups, functions, and events with accommodation on-site for 150 guests. In addition, the facility hosts Holmesglen student groups for retreats and activities, as well as Holmesglen staff for Professional Development.
