Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property development and land use. Skills and Qualifications A bachelors degree in commerce, Urban Planning, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in land economics, property market analysis, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software and MS Office Suite. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of explaining complex information clearly and effectively.
