This is one seasonal job that has been around for decades and is still quite popular.  Retail sales associates perform a variety of tasks, from working the cash register, to folding clothing, to helping shoppers access dressing rooms.  Retail sales associates play a key role in customer service, since it’s their job to greet customers, assist them in finding the items they are looking for, and making sure customers don’t leave the store empty-handed.  As a winter seasonal job,  retail sales can be particularly demanding, since work hours are often longer than usual, merchandise disappears way faster and holiday shopping has stores flooded with customers.  If you enjoy being around people and find joy in seeing relieved holiday shoppers find the gifts they most desire for loved ones, this is an idea seasonal job for you this winter.  Retail sales associates typically make between $9 and $12 an hour at most popular stores.
