We are looking for ambitious, analytical, hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple projects. This individual should have a strong interest in media, marketing and business intelligence.The role requires the ability to actively apply the agency's proprietary ad effectiveness and measurement tools, as well as 3rd party vendor solutions, to determine the impact of advertising on the client's business. The position also requires the ability to understand the strategic communications needs of client advertisers and align these needs to the day-to-day issues of data and reporting.ResponsibilitiesManage planner and client relationships in addition to multiple projects and demandsBe part of a team and create clear paths to success for analystsParticipate in brainstorming sessions with communication planners, creative teams, media planners, buyers, clients and other partner agenciesDesign and manage execution of custom analysesEnsure high quality in data and analytics deliverables and uncover business opportunitiesWork to improve automation and reduce human error in data processing and analyticsRequired Skills and ExperienceAbility to scope an analytic solution out of a vague business problemExperience managing and mentoring junior team membersStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong background in statistical analysis and digital analytics.Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on dataComfortable actively participating and contributing in meeting settings with multiple stakeholdersCapacity for problem conceptualization and solution design through analytical thinkingStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsExperience with Datarama, ETL process, and site taggingSuperior ability to build and deliver impactful presentations at senior levelsInitiative does not require candidates to have a college degreeDesired Skills and Experience Experience with data-management, statistical and/or optimization languages, ideally SAS/R/SQL/GAMSPython, SQL Server & Tableau expertise for data investigation and QAExtensive experience presenting and interacting with clientsAbility to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results through requirement documentsHandle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quicklyStrong attention to detail, well organized and possesses the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressureAbility to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional teamBe a highly motivated team player5+ years of experience in an analytics function and mediaWe See YouWe embrace diversity, and our responsibility to maintain an inclusive environment is core to our culture and values.
