(Covering areas of US, Mexico, Singapore, Europe, Malaysia, and India)Experience in planning & structuring team.Has Handle at least minimum 25 milling in Revenue. Experience managing P/L (Profit & Loss)Experience managing Risk with CIO & CIO & EVP level and team.Experience managing 2 direct reports that will grow as the person grows the team.QualificationAt least 20+years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.Strong knowledge of global delivery model and methodologiesAbility to present and interact at CXO levels and have consultative sales capability.Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geographies.Strong Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the CXO level.One of the key responsibilities is strategic growth.Should be experience in an entirely customer-facing role.ResponsibilitiesThe Delivery Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts by establishing yourself as a trusted partner to drive complex digital transformation efforts for your clients.Primary responsibilities include:Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members, and ensuring that the project stays on track.Ensure support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.Expected to identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders.Salary: Full Time Perm Opportunity: (180k to 200k total comp) In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K).
