Position: OperatorDuration: 6-month c2hWork Authorization: US Cit or GCBill Rate: $60-70/hrShift: C-Shift, Thurs, Fri, Sat and every other Wed 6:00am-6:00pmAddress: 4350 Innovation Dr, Farmers Branch, TX 75244 - ONSITERead on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.Required Skills and Experience:- 3 years of industrial maintenance related experience- Experience using computerized CMMS and building management systems / SCADA to maintain and troubleshoot facilities equipment- Must be able to work safely, use all personal protective equipment and attend training as required by OSHA and job requirements- Communicate and document clearly (verbal and written) and ability to work from verbal and written instructions, manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, piping and instrument diagrams, work orders and specificationsJob Description:- Monitor ensure preventive maintenance is complete, and operate the operation of HVAC equipment, hydronic systems including chilled, heating, heat recovery, and wastewater systems, compressed air, medium voltage electrical distribution, among over various exhaust systems- Respond and troubleshoot various types of alarms including, Temperature, humidity, air/water pressures, and water levels etc.- Respond to emergencies such as water leaks and power issues- Start and stop equipment as well as maintain facility operation utilizing SCADA, work with computers and software to include Microsoft Office suite of products.
