Our portfolio of innovative solutions includes antenna, tuner and infotainment systems with radio modules and smart devices for the automotive and commercial vehicle industry as well as customised M2M and telematics solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Main contact for customer related quality topics during development and production phase.Maintain and manage quality assurance policies and procedures to meet customer and general quality standards.Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.Initiate investigations into supplier quality issues and review supplier 8D reports.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by customers and external providers.Review and release PPAP for suppliers and to customers.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering5 plus years of experience in quality. Experience in the Automotive Electronics industry highly desirable.Knowledge in QM-Systems, APQP and PPAP. Ideally in the automotive environment.Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel up to several days in a month including occasional international travelThinks operationally and strategically, analyzes issues, uses sound judgment, generates new ideas/ goes beyond the status quo
