Shape the trajectory of healthcare and make a meaningful impact on global well-being.Position Overview:They are in search of a seasoned Full Stack Developer to helm significant projects from inception to fruition, with a strong emphasis on Python proficiency. Alongside leading project cycles, you'll closely collaborate with product/design managers and fellow developers to standardize APIs across servers.Responsibilities:Lead major projects from concept to completion Work alongside product managers and designers to refine product specifications pre-development Collaborate with developers to ensure consistent APIs across all services Implement industry best practices for seamless API integration with frontend web applications Develop code within a stateful application framework like React/Redux Deploy backend code utilizing a serverless, cloud-based approach leveraging Flask, AWS Lambda, and ECS Make informed architectural decisions through thorough evaluation and prior experiences Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework to consistently deliver features to stakeholders and clientsQualifications:6+ years of experience Proficient in Python and React/Redux Ability to build serverless applications on AWS Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, SMS, and ECS Strong expertise in unit testing across various paradigms Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) industry Familiarity with integration testing using Playwright or similar frameworks Robust understanding of type systems like Typescript, Flow, or Pyre Proven track record of deploying complex web applications to the cloud Experience with microservices/API-based application architecture Prior exposure to a mono repository is desirable Strong written communication and code management skills using Git Capability to work independently and deliver results autonomouslyWhy Apply:Join an expanding Mental Health startup early in their growth journey.
