As we strive to be the best in our field, we also aim to provide the best environment for your career growth and development.Responsibilities:Lead structural engineering projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget.Conduct quality management reviews of structural designs, collaborating with team members to address any issues.Prepare estimates for cost and schedule of structural engineering services.Produce contract documents for construction projects, including plans and specifications.Conduct on-site investigations and evaluations of existing structures, generating comprehensive reports.Collaborate with project team members to integrate requirements into structural designs.Mentor and train junior staff and entry-level engineers.Assist in the development and improvement of structural design standards and specifications.Make site visits during construction and operation phases as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis.10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in water and wastewater treatment structure design.Professional Engineer (PE) registration.Expertise in building codes and standards for water treatment and industrial structures.Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Microstation or AutoCAD.Structural Engineer (SE) registration.
