Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a Service Advisor.Summary:Optimum RV is a family owned RV Dealership looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor! The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience and can work in a high volume, fast paced environment.Responsibilities:Presents Maintenance Menu's to Customers Based on Length of Ownership & Manufacturer RecommendationsPerforms service "meet and greet"Initial Vehicle Walk AroundPerforms vehicle Courtesy InspectionGenerates all service Repair Orders and close R.O.'s when work is completedAcquires customer authorizations on service workSchedules Service AppointmentsAnswers all service department callsLiaison between the customer and the service departmentPerform daily customer status follow-up phone callsAll other responsibilities as assignedMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent2-3 years customer serviceRVAutomotivePowersports ExperiencePreferredEssential Characteristics:RELIABLEWe do what we say we're going to do, when we say we're going to do it... every time.HUMBLEWe are trainable, coachable and confident... not arrogant.HUSTLEWe are self-motivated, driven and never satisfied.TEAM PLAYERWe are stronger as one.
