In this role, you will work with outside sales staff to support territory growth and provide top-notch customer service to our business customers.JOB DESCRIPTIONResponds to distributors, OEMs, and Field Sales inquiries regarding price and delivery of orders;Sends assembly instructions and customer drawings as required;Reviews vendor managed accounts with our key customers;Provides required weekly status reports to key customers and internal departments;Builds supportive relationships with field service and all other Amphenol staff;Alerts field staff to key opportunities and critical problems;Collects competitive intelligence, including past quotations and purchase history.REQUIREMENTSAssociate's or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of similar work experience, preferably with a large manufacturer or other high tech industry;Computer proficient, including frequent use of MS Suite (Windows) and Google Business. Can type quickly and accurately;AS400 and EDI experience are highly desirable;You are positive, energetic, and pro-active, with excellent communication skills and able to work independently under minimal supervision.Punctual and reliable, able to commute daily to Danbury (Connecticut).Must be willing to undergo background check and drug test.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Please provide salary requirements in your application.
