Job Description

Working onsite with the Project Team to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite activities for Construction projects - primarily Healthcare, Higher education and K-12 ground up new construction but also Public sector works mainly in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area. Responsible for planning, budgeting and coordinating while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, from permitting and procurement to construction and closeout.Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor and control project progress, quality, and costs.Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality municate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on construction sites.Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare, Education or Public work markets.Familiarity with construction methodologies, industry regulations, and best practicesStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and maintain productive working relationships.Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations related to water and wastewater construction projects.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in construction projects.Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are a plus.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites within Texas.Salary and Benefits:The salary for the Project Manager position is within the range of $120,000 to $135,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
