The Managing Director will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day operations including oversight of the firm's corporate management team and sales projects. This position is an outstanding opportunity to use your expertise to expand REUVENI's platform, as well as your own, during an exciting period of change and growth for the real estate industry and REUVENI alike.Responsibilities:Corporate Operations - 40%·        Serve as chief administrative and compliance officer and alternate broker of record for the firm. ·        Work with CEO to establish corporate objectives and policies and ensure standards are met.·        Lead weekly all-hands meeting and touch base meetings with all departments including CEO, Research & Planning, Marketing, Operations, and Sales Managers.·        Maintain executive oversight of project timelines and resourcing, advising the CEO on necessary growth plans as needed.·        Manage the entire employee lifecycle inclusive but not limited to staffing, onboarding, recordkeeping, compensation, benefit administration, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and separationtermination.·        Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices.·        Oversee management of third-party contractorsvendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.·        Assist CEO in oversight of company expenses and obligations including APAR, invoicing, payroll, insurance policies, etc.·        Oversee operations personnel including office management and executive assistant.·        Understand evolving business needs and leverage platform to solve challenges.Sales Oversight & Administration - 30%·        Oversee overall performance and success of new development sales portfolio inventory. ·        Produce and maintain sales agreements and monitor key dates and obligations.·        Liaise with developer clients, capital institutions and equity partners, property managers, legal teams, etc. ·        Provide overall guidance and direction to Sales Manager(s) and on-site sales teams in all areas including project timelines and milestones, developer communications, inventory control and strategy, prospect and broker relationship management, transaction management, on-site operations, and staffing. ·        Lead internal and client facing strategy discussions and oversee implementation of resulting action plans, delegating and assigning projects and tasks appropriately when necessary.·        Ensure that on-site sales operations meet company standards and client expectations.Business Development - 20%Assist CEO and Director of Development in securing new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling services to current client base.Manage the creation of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials with the marketing and development teams.Lead interactions in a client-facing role in business pursuits.Understand each service line, platform, and value proposition.Travel as needed for business development related pursuits.Marketing Oversight & Administration - 5%·        Lead the Branding & Marketing team to provide a best-in-class, client-focused experience throughout the new development process. Maintain an ongoing pulse on the status of each project and initiative, relaying information to the CEO and communicating with clients as needed. Work with Director of Branding and Marketing and to ensure that corporate and project level campaigns and communications meet company standards and client expectations.Provide creative input for new project branding and campaign ideation as needed. Provide oversight and internal approval for departmental budget, corporate branding, and project marketing budgets. Research & Pre-Development Planning Oversight & Administration - 5%·        Lead the Research and Planning teams to provide a best-in-class, client-focused experience throughout the new development process. Maintain an ongoing pulse on the status of each project and initiative, relaying information to the CEO and communicating with clients as needed. Work with Director of Development to ensure that research methods and communications and project consulting meets company standards and client expectations.Provide input for new project architecturalinterior design and placemaking as needed. Provide oversight and internal approval for departmental budget and third-party research systems.Requirements:The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managerial and sales excellence in the New York City residential real estate industry.Bachelor's degree in real estate, marketing, or business-related field.New York State licensed Associate Real Estate Broker.Minimum of 10 years residential real estate experience in a brokerage or ownerdeveloper capacity.Thorough understanding of the metro NY New Development landscape including strong familiarity with developers, lenders, builders, designers, etc. Thorough understanding of property valuations and real estate economics.Strong client service skills.Potential to originate new business.Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent organization and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, polished presentationpublic speaking skills.The ability and desire to interact with Reuveni management and clients.Self-motivated, resourceful, and accountable.Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, demanding environment and be flexible when needed.Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines.Ability to be a team player.This position is a full-time, in person role, reporting directly to the CEO.
