LHH is seeking a Human Resources Director for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client near Columbus, Indiana. In this role, you will lead a team of HR staff across two locations, support the strategic direction of the organization, and assist with the growing staffing model. This role will involve the leadership and oversight of the entire range of HR administration and employee relations from recruitment, onboarding, talent development, policy creation and administration, and strategic organizational planning.
