Additionally, you enjoy working closely with other professionals involved in the project to ensure that project requirements are met in a timely manner.General DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Residential Design Development Specialist role located in Southlake, Texas·      Comprehension of schematic designs·      Create a 3D model of assigned projects in CAD·     Accurate Construction Documents, including: Form Set Plan, Soffit details, Entry Surround details·      Participate in team meetings·      Visit jobsites to review areas of improvement·      Performing quality checks on team member's projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with 3 or more years of residential design specializationConceptual understanding of scale, balance, proportion and massingKnowledge of building and construction codes and regulations in both state and local jurisdictionsExpertise in ArchiCAD preferredHigh focus on quality in Construction DocumentationAbility to communicate and work effectively with the project teamDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesA portfolio of your professional residential work must be included with your resume.
