We are seeking an Nurse Manager Registered Nurse to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA 19154. Earn $43.86 hour. Position Details The Nurse Manager will provide Clozapine Support Services at both the Mt. Airy and Knights Rd OP locations as well as CIRC programs located at Knights Road and Armat and coordinates with physicians, pharmacies, labs, and REMS by following the PA Bulletin for Clozapine Support Services and the Merakey Clozapine protocol. Identifies clients who are appropriate and not appropriate for ClozarilClozapine Support Services in conjunction with the treating psychiatrist and treatment team. Reports non-compliance to the physician. Obtains signed consent form for all clients receiving Clozaril prior to starting the program. Register clients and physicians with the Clozaril REMS. Notify pharmacy of start date of new clients and physicians. Receive weekly Clozaril medication and check for accuracy prior to giving to the client or caregiver. Follow up with pharmacy and psychiatrist for corrective action if needed. Complete treatment plans every 6 months for all clients receiving Clozaril or more frequently if clinically advised. Provide client vouchers for Clozapine Support Services, by keeping track of time in and out for each client; this includes face to face and other activities provided for the clients on Clozaril. Provides timely, accurate documentation of all services rendered through submission of accurate and legible paperwork or electronic record as required by agency and payer guidelines. Participates in all quality improvement and quality assurance activities. Must register as provider and register the Mt. Airy OP MH location and Knights Rd OP MH location in order to provide Clozapine services.
