SUMMARY OF JOB: A Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates regarding self management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community. LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver's License, Current CPR Certification EOE
