We've got a great opportunity for you to connect with our guests and keep them coming back for more.What you get to do: As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you'll keep our park running smoothly while delivering great guest service with a positive, enthusiastic spirit. And you'll do this in a lot of different ways, including processing group reservations, ensuring quick queues, handling lost ticket issues, providing guest education, handling global reservations and working the parking lot. You will: Greet and interact with guestsAnswer questions and resolve guest issuesAdvise guests on show times and attraction informationFacilitate an organized guest traffic flowPerform crowd control in order to open and close location efficientlyAccurately process monetary transactionsHandle will call and interaction program requestsAdhere to all cash handling policies and proceduresWork as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest servicePractice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipmentWhat it takes to succeed:Must be at least 18 years of ageExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Basic computer skills with Windows/OfficeScheduling flexibilityAbility to process monetary transactions and accurately use a registerCash handling experience a plusComfortable handling large amounts of cashAbility to work well as part of a teamAbility to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent guest serviceAbility to complete all legal, company and department training requirementsJoin the team !
