Integrates these programs, functions and services with other hospitals and Central Office sectors to maximize optimal levels of performance in the coordination of such activities.The Assistant Coordinating Manager in Office of Behavioral Health would be part of an administrative support team that works very closely with the behavioral health program, quality assurance and fiscal staff in the office to ensure that the office produces timely and high-quality services and deliverables.General tasks and responsibilities will include:Assist senior leadership with answering calls, maintain schedule by setting up meetings and responding to meeting requests, book meeting rooms and support visitors.Provide administrative support for Director and Sr. Assistant Vice PresidentsEvent support, including training events and meetings, including managing registration, transport, scheduling rooms, secure needed equipment and distributing materialsHelp maintain office contact lists up to date as well as mailing listsSet up transportation requests for staffAssist with ordering supplies and placing lunch orders for OBH meetingsHelp to maintain office OTPSOversight and maintenance office equipment; place service requests when neededTracking, maintenance and distribution of metrocards for various programs in OBHCarry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.Attend high level meetings and take notes as needed during meetingsAssist in data collection for various OBH programs and other special projects as needed, to learn the program and support leadershipPerforms special assignments as directedMinimum Qualifications:1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Community Health, Psychology or related discipline with one year of full-time experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity in business management systems, general administration, health care and medical/patient systems administration; or,2.
