This resource should have a firm grasp of adult learning theory, be familiar and comfortable working with LMS systems, and be proficient in multiple authoring tools namely Articulate Storyline / Rise and Adobe Creative Cloud. They receive work from the ID Manager and / or subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver high quality instructional assets that reflect the goals of the internal customer.Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and team members in all phases of the courseware development cycle to analyze and determine learning needs and best modality to meet desired outcomesCreate survey and assessment instruments; analyze data from survey and assessments and incorporate feedback or determine edits neededProvide content QA, technical writing and grammar / punctuation reviewsCreate engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances knowledge and skill retention and transferPerform graphic design, user interface design, and design production graphics for training coursewareSkills and Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience with instructional design and developmentProficiency in Articulate 360 is requiredExperience with performance measuring, multimedia curriculum, and course developmentStrong experience with LMS platformsExperience using ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologyHealthcare experience preferredKnowledge of related web development technologiesExperience creating storyboards and translating into engaging web-based learning modulesExceptional written and oral communication skillsTechnical knowledge of SCORM and training standards (i.e. aggregate Shareable Content Objects (SCOs) to create SCORM compliant content packages) for delivery on the LMSStrong work ethic; organized, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of team; ability to manage multiple individual tasks simultaneouslyMust be a self-starter and take ownership of workAbility to acquire and maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of applications and systemsAble to work cross functionally with various stakeholders maintaining a high level of communication with those involvedBonus if experienced with development tools including Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia, Microsofts Office Suite, and Adobes Creative SuiteFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life/AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA/HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts.W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
